Two brothers, Ryan and Michael are forced to reevaluate their non-existent relationship after one of them gets injured in a drug deal gone bad. Ryan is a construction worker with a drug problem, who has supported his younger brother since Ryan was in High School. He comes to realize that perhaps, it’s been Michael who has been supporting him for a long time.
